Happy Birthday to the husband!

It's December 17th.
Which meant Max woke up to balloons,
(he once told me he wanted balloons on his birthday, just like the kids, ha!)
and a special breakfast:
I was too excited for him to open his presents, so we opened some this morning instead of later tonight!

And the knapsack I made for him, out of a Dunn Bros Coffee (where we met!) bean bag.
I used a tutorial that I found via Pinterest, and I think it turned out pretty good!
Max and L went out on a daddy-daughter adventure this morning.
We'll have a chill day around the house, per Max's request.
There is a beef roast simmering away in the crockpot and pistachio cheesecake made for dinner.
Some friends will come over to celebrate tonight.
A movie may be in store (he's never seen the newest Grinch movie...)
And there are few more presents for my dear husband to open, as well as candles to blow out!
Happy Birthday to my crazy, fish-loving, goofy, awesome husband!
I'm excited to be celebrating this special day WITH you this year, instead of lots of miles apart.
I love you.
