this weekend went by much too fast, but i am entirely thankful that eliana got to meet her daddy. it was fabulous having maxwell home, even though it was only 24 hours! it was so cool to see the interaction between ms. L and maxwell. he was a bit enamored by her, as i expected! he would just sit, stare at her and exclaim that she was so little and has such tiny little fingers and toes. we got some paperwork done while he was home, for the birth certificate, made a trip to dunn bros (eliana's first trip to dunn bros...that's a big deal, lol) and had his family over for dinner. his dad, brother and grandma had not met her yet, so it was fun to show her off to them as well.
